2. Data we process

We process the data you provide through the contact form: name, email, product of interest, destination country, estimated quantity and your message. We do not collect special categories of data.

3. Purpose

We use your data to handle your request, prepare a recommendation and a quote, and maintain the commercial contact arising from your enquiry. No automated decisions with legal effects are made.

4. Legal basis

The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

5. Retention

We keep your data for as long as the commercial relationship or interest lasts and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. When no longer needed, it is securely deleted.

6. Recipients and international transfers

We do not share your data with third parties except by legal obligation. We may use technology providers (hosting, communication or analytics tools) acting as processors under the GDPR. As the controller and part of our operations are in China, some providers may be located outside the EEA, in which case appropriate safeguards apply.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@mytenderbid.com. If you believe your rights have not been addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your country.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
